Alice’s flowers & designs (herein referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) is a trading name under ARTi Pty Ltd (ABN 79 098 248 714).
Definition of products
Our products refer to flowers, plants, vases, pots and/or cards sold or supplied by our floral studio.
We would like to assure you that we are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Our staff are following very strict guidance of hygiene practices and social distancing at these unprecedented times.
In the short term, all of our deliveries will be “contactless” meaning that your delivery will not be signed for by the recipient, and will be placed at the door for the recipient to retrieve. If we have the phone number of the recipient, we will call them on our arrival to advise that we have a delivery, so that they can retrieve the delivery from their door. If no answer, or no phone number has been given, our staff will knock at the door, and then stand back from the door to carry out the delivery. Our staff will take the name of the receiver which will be noted on the delivery sheet.
Any deliveries to aged care homes will follow the protocols put in place by the aged care home, and our staff will be following strict hygiene practices.
We will also update our policies, based on current updates by the Australian Government and health authorities.
On-line purchases and products
We always endeavour to source our fresh flowers on the day of delivery. They are supplied to you professionally trimmed and conditioned for optimal longevity. Flowers are a product of nature and their natural life span will vary depending on a number of factors, including the specific floral variety, environmental factors and care.
Due to seasonal availabilities and market demand, we may need to substitute an alternative variety of flower (to what is shown on our website) to fulfil your order. We will always do our best to source similar and like-coloured substitutes. Where this is necessary, we will contact you to discuss before confirming your order. In the event you are not satisfied with any alternatives offered, you will be given a full refund.
General care guidelines
To maintain the longevity of your flowers, please follow the instructions set out below. Please note that failure to comply with these instructions will void our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’.
1) Gently unwrap flowers and trim about 2cm diagonally from the end of the stems upon receiving them
2) Place flowers in clean vase with fresh water and making sure all stems are at least 2-3 itches below water level
3) Change water every 2 days, adding flower food in accordance with labelled instructions also helps (1 sachet provided). Please ensure you also clean the vase
4) Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, air-conditioning vents and/or heat sources
Replacements and refunds
We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our products. As part of our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’, if you feel your flowers (and/or other products) have not met your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss a replacement or refund. We may require a photograph of the flowers and reserve the right to physically inspect the flowers prior to arranging a replacement or refund.
Note that our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ is subject to the general care guidelines outlined above.
We appreciate things can change. If you would like to cancel your order, please notify our studio by email email@example.com or on 0488 993 372.
For cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date stipulated in your order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery date stipulated in your confirmation, we will refund 50% of the invoice amount paid. Refunds will be credited in accordance with the original payment method.
There are no refunds for cancellations made after we have issued a notice of dispatch.
Coupons and Discounts
Coupons and discount codes are only valid for use on your purchase if they were issued to you from us. All coupons and discount codes issued by Alice’s flowers & designs are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
For all online purchases, full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. We do not charge card surcharge fees. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been successfully processed.
Corporate/ Events/ Weddings
For all on-going corporate accounts, we offer 30 days settlement.
For all events (including one-off corporate floral arrangements):
– Full payment 7 days prior (or shorter, depending on notice) to event date
– 48 hours cancellation notice for full refund. Otherwise 50% refund up to time of dispatch. No refund following dispatch.
– 50% deposit at time of order
– Settlement 4 weeks prior to wedding date
– 4 weeks cancellation notice for full refund. 2 weeks cancellation notice for 50% refund. Otherwise no refund.
All equipment (eg: vases/pots/bottles etc.) provided on hire to you must be made available for pick-up within 1 week of the event concluding. Any damages/breakages to equipment whilst in your possession will be subject to a replacement charge at cost plus a 10% administration fee.
